When will I get my package?
Within 1-3 days, your parcel will be dispatched. After that, it takes about 3-5 working days for the parcel to reach you. You will receive a Track and Trace link to track your order. Have you not yet received it? Then your parcel has not yet been sent. It can sometimes take a little longer before you receive it in the mail.

Sometimes it takes several days for the track and trace to be updated. This is not due to us, but to the postal company sending your parcel on our behalf. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Please wait patiently, it is definitely on its way.

Check your track and trace first. Sometimes your parcel is with the courier. This will be stated there and you will receive an e-mail about this. If this is the case, contact them. If this is not the case, and your parcel has not been delivered after 10 working days, please contact us.

Please email us as soon as possible (within 24hours). We will adjust it for you immediately. After 24hours it is no longer possible to adjust it because your parcel has already been sent. We will then of course look for a solution.
